IT Support & Systems Administrator

About the role

Maxima Apparel is looking for a Systems Administrator to own IT operations for its Mexico City office. You will be the first point of contact for 100 employees, ensuring that hardware, accounts and connectivity are ready from day one and that any issues are resolved quickly and completely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day user support and onboarding for all employees.
• Maintain workstations, printers, conference‑room technology and shared equipment.
• Manage on‑premise infrastructure including multiple server racks, Windows and Linux servers, and networking equipment.
• Administer Active Directory, GPOs, and cloud identity synchronization.
• Support enterprise firewall, VLANs, VPN connections and wireless/managed switching.
• Participate in projects such as Microsoft 365 migration, workstation standardisation, Wi‑Fi overhaul, server hardware refresh and help‑desk ticketing implementation.

Required profile

• Reliable, responsive and professional with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills and patience when assisting non‑technical users.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
