IT Systems Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join a high‑performing IT team in Guadalajara. You will design, implement, and maintain the systems that enable employees to work securely and efficiently across identity, endpoint, and SaaS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Administer identity and access management solutions (SSO, MFA, provisioning, de‑provisioning).
• Manage core productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom and related SaaS applications.
• Support macOS and Windows endpoints using MDM solutions (Jamf, Intune or equivalents).
• Oversee the full lifecycle of SaaS applications, from onboarding to decommissioning.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort in provisioning, access reviews and license management.
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex Helpdesk issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs and runbooks.
• Collaborate with HR Technology, Security, PMO, Helpdesk and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT systems engineering, administration or a related technical role.
• Practical exposure to identity and access management, endpoint management and SaaS administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Okta, Google Workspace and Slack; familiarity with Microsoft 365 is a plus.
• Experience with an MDM platform such as Jamf or Intune.
