Java Developer – Full Stack (Monterrey)

About the role

We are a digitally native technology services company seeking a Full‑Stack Java Developer to join our Monterrey team. You will work on modern Java/J2EE back‑ends and responsive front‑ends while leveraging AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement and support full‑stack solutions using Java/J2EE, JavaScript, Groovy and related web technologies.
• Build and enhance Java/J2EE APIs and micro‑services for internal and third‑party consumption.
• Develop high‑quality front‑end features with React or Angular and TypeScript, following reusable component patterns.
• Utilise AI‑enabled workflows (GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot, Spec Kit) to automate repetitive tasks, generate scaffolding and improve code quality.
• Contribute to architectural and technical decisions, produce designs, sequence diagrams and documentation.
• Improve existing applications through performance tuning, refactoring, secure coding (OWASP) and comprehensive testing (unit, integration, BDD/TDD).

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack development with Java/J2EE and modern web frameworks.
• Strong ability to design APIs, micro‑services and front‑end components.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools and specification‑driven practices.
• Commitment to code quality, security standards and automated testing.
