Jr Financial Controller, Commercial Area

About the role

The Junior Financial Controller – Commercial Area will support the financial health of Bosch’s commercial operations in Mexico City. Reporting to the Controller Manager, you will work closely with finance teams and cross‑functional partners to ensure accurate reporting, robust controls and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including journal entry review, account reconciliations and variance analysis using SAP and Hyperion.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and rolling projections, and analyse variances.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and external audit requirements.
• Perform cost and margin analysis to identify inefficiencies and support profitability improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, product management and logistics to streamline financial processes and implement automation where possible.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP financial modules.
• Experience using Hyperion (OHEP) for reporting and consolidation.
