Junior Buyer – MRO

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Buyer to manage MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) spare parts and consumables for our production facility. You will support the procurement process, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure the availability of critical items to keep the line running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Set up new vendors and maintain relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
• Process purchase orders, track receipts, warranties, and manage material consumption.
• Maintain spare parts and chemicals inventory, conduct cycle counts, and ensure reorder points are met.
• Organize the spare parts and chemicals warehouse areas.
• Track MRO expenses and support plant overhauls with spare‑part ordering.
• Collaborate with internal departments and follow up on work orders.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably handling spare parts or MRO.
• Knowledge of purchasing processes, requisitions, and vendor setup.
• Experience working directly with suppliers and managing inventory.
• Basic proficiency in English.
