Junior Commercial Attorney

About the role

Elevate is seeking a Junior Commercial Attorney to join its Contracts Legal team in Mexico. The role focuses on reviewing work orders and related agreements for data centre customers, ensuring compliance with internal playbooks and service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Review a high volume of work orders, statements of work, NDAs, software license agreements and other commercial contracts with accuracy and efficiency.
• Raise queries, follow‑up on requests and respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with global teams and support project managers in preparing and updating process documents, playbooks, SOPs and trackers.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert when required and help exceed customer expectations.
• Perform quality checks on own work and that of others.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in transactional contract support, reviewing and interpreting commercial agreements.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to see the big picture.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proactive, accountable attitude.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Google applications.
• Familiarity with contract‑management, reporting or workflow software tools.
