Junior Content Designer (Print & Digital)

About the role

The Junior Content Designer will create print and digital design assets for PepsiCo’s portfolio of brands. You will work with established brand guidelines, turning concepts into production‑ready graphics while supporting the broader creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Support brainstorming sessions and contribute to concept development.
• Design low‑complexity projects from scratch for internal marketing and external campaigns.
• Create visual presentations and mockups for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in developing graphics, photo retouching, and other design materials.
• Adapt existing key visuals and brand guidelines into digital ads, POS materials, and other touchpoints.
• Deliver basic print‑ready artwork when required.
• Ensure all deliverables follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Manage multiple tasks, meet quick‑turnaround deadlines, and apply feedback to improve design quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Art, or Visual Communication Design.
• At least 1 year of experience in design roles (internships or entry‑level), preferably in an agency or in‑house environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with guidance and handle multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic understanding of design principles such as typography, layout, color, and composition.
