Junior Digital Experience Analyst

About the role

WorldStrides is seeking a Junior Digital Experience Analyst to support its Higher Education division. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will help make the company’s digital stories discoverable, engaging, and data‑driven, turning insights into actions that turn visitors into explorers.

Key responsibilities

• Update and publish content across Sitecore XM, HubSpot, and Sitecore Content Hub, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and brand alignment.
• Create and maintain landing pages and microsites for campaigns and initiatives.
• Optimize page structure, layout, images, and metadata for SEO and performance.
• Conduct regular audits to fix broken links, outdated information, or publishing errors.
• Monitor site traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics using HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, and BrightEdge.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for user flow and content strategy.
• Maintain dashboards, tagging, and event tracking through Google Tag Manager.
• Implement on‑page SEO optimizations, including redirects, alt text, canonical tags, and structured data.
• Identify trends in content performance and UX behavior to guide continuous improvements.
