Junior E-commerce Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, results‑driven Junior E‑commerce Manager to lead our web content strategy and enhance the online customer experience. You will work closely with internal teams and headquarters to monitor performance, manage inventory, and execute 360° digital marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the web content calendar to ensure a consistent, luxurious customer experience.
• Monitor and optimize website sales, implementing initiatives to meet fiscal objectives.
• Oversee site merchandising plans and ensure an exceptional user experience.
• Manage inventory, forecast launches, and support e‑commerce operations.
• Support the execution of paid media, email marketing, and other digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with the customer service team on CRM and live‑shopping events.
• Analyze trends, performance metrics, and identify DTC growth opportunities.
• Provide competitive insights on the digital landscape.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in the beauty and/or digital/e‑commerce sector.
• Detail‑oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
• Excellent organizational and proactive problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments.
• Advanced English; French proficiency is a plus.
