About the role

As a Junior Frontline Recruiter you will support PepsiCo’s high‑volume hiring needs across the United States. You will partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to deliver a smooth, data‑driven recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for high‑volume roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop hiring plans.
• Source candidates, promote employer branding, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Utilize data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance and process adherence throughout the hiring cycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of frontline or high‑volume recruitment experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving, decision‑making and adaptability.
• Results‑oriented mindset with fluency in English.
