Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to create visually compelling digital and print assets that communicate our clients’ messages effectively. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to translate brand guidelines into engaging designs while staying current with industry trends.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns and other digital platforms.
• Create print collateral such as brochures, flyers and posters.
• Work closely with marketing, product and development teams to gather requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and ensure high‑quality output.
• Prepare and optimise files for various formats, handling image conversion (JPG, PNG, TIFF, PDF, WebP).
• Perform colour correction and photo retouching using Photoshop.
• Design and code email marketing layouts in Act‑On.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• Portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.
• Willingness to pursue continuous professional development through workshops or online courses.
