Junior IT Help Desk Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior IT Help Desk Engineer to join our Corporate IT department. The role involves providing on‑site and remote technical support for PCs, peripherals, operating systems, applications, and networking issues. You will work closely with users and management to ensure smooth IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive response and maintenance of IT systems to minimize user disruption.
• Deliver technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware queries.
• Conduct computer diagnostics, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Repair, upgrade, and reinstall operating systems on PCs.
• Install and uninstall software applications.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11 and related software problems.
• Support remote users via RDP or telephone.
• Manage inventory of IT equipment, ensuring adequate stock and refresh cycles.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an IT Help Desk Engineer or similar role.
• General knowledge of Windows 11.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Office.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and develop IT skills.
• Well‑organized, open‑minded team player.
• Advanced English and advanced/native Spanish language skills.
