Junior Key Account Manager – Consumer Products Division

About the role

Based in Guadalajara, you will be responsible for accelerating the growth of L'Oréal's distributor partners in the region. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work closely with Trade Marketing and Supply Chain teams to deliver the brand's commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute joint business plans with distributors to maximize sell‑out.
• Ensure flawless implementation of promotions, product launches and brand activations for L'Oréal Paris, Garnier and Maybelline.
• Monitor inventory levels, sales KPIs and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align supply, marketing and sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with strong negotiation abilities.
• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Previous experience in sales, distribution channels or fast‑moving consumer goods.
• Residence in Guadalajara with willingness to travel locally.
