Junior Plant Controller – Puebla

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Plant Controller to join the finance team of a Tier 1 automotive manufacturer in Puebla. This position offers the chance to work on plant‑level controlling within a global manufacturing environment, supporting key financial processes and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Support month‑end close, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis at plant level.
• Prepare and analyse management reports such as Plant Report and Flash Report.
• Contribute to cost‑structure optimisation and calculation of plant factors (Man & Machine).
• Assist with inventory valuation, cash‑flow reporting and internal‑control processes.
• Partner with plant management and cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Solid background in controlling; internal‑control experience is highly valued.
• Previous experience as a Plant Controller is strongly preferred.
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
• Advanced English for daily communication with regional and global teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other states.

Required skills

• SAP or a comparable ERP system.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
