Junior Project Manager – Graphic & Packaging Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support graphic and packaging projects for a leading global FMCG brand across the LATAM region. This remote, customer‑service oriented position bridges client requests and our production teams, ensuring smooth execution of artwork and packaging deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for regional client requests, providing status updates via email and tracking tools.
• Receive briefs, verify incoming assets, and generate clear work orders for the production team.
• Monitor project timelines, anticipate potential delays, and guarantee on‑time delivery of high‑quality artwork and packaging materials.
• Organise and participate in alignment meetings with internal teams, clients, and regional suppliers.
• Document client agreements, approvals, and collect data for regional performance metrics (KPIs).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service, account support, or project coordination within agencies, production studios, or corporate environments.
• Native or fluent Spanish and intermediate English (reading and writing).
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
