Junior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the rollout and scaling of software solutions across North American stores. The role involves coordinating deployment activities, ensuring operational readiness, and driving continuous improvement in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive execution of deployment activities across ~6,000 North American stores, aligning with project milestones and operational priorities.
• Support large‑scale rollout execution, including go‑live readiness, logistics, and training coordination.
• Maintain centralized project trackers and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and a single source of truth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Inventory Planning, Store Operations, and IT to gather updates, track deliverables, and ensure deployment readiness.
• Monitor and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, ticket tracking and escalations.
• Produce structured communication and status reports for regional and global stakeholders.
• Track action items and follow‑through to support timelines and successful delivery.
• Facilitate technical setup coordination and communication between technical and business teams.
• Identify and support process improvement and standardisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support or similar roles.
• Exposure to retail, supply chain, inventory management or technology deployments is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
