About the role

Accenture is seeking enthusiastic recent graduates to join its ServiceNow Academy. The program provides comprehensive training, hands‑on labs, and mentorship to prepare you for a career as a ServiceNow Support Engineer. No prior ServiceNow experience is required; you will learn the platform fundamentals and gain real‑world experience supporting client solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the ServiceNow Academy curriculum, including instructor‑led sessions and practical labs.
• Provide first‑line technical support for ServiceNow applications under senior guidance.
• Troubleshoot incidents, resolve defects, and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Assist with testing, system validation, and documentation of solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, and project teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field (recent graduate).
• Strong technical fundamentals and a passion for learning new technologies.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow administration and configuration concepts.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (JavaScript preferred, Java, C#, Python acceptable).
• Understanding of object‑oriented programming principles.
