Junior Software Developer – ServiceNow Academy

About the role

Accenture is seeking enthusiastic recent graduates to join its ServiceNow Academy. The program provides comprehensive training, hands‑on labs, mentorship and real‑world experience, preparing participants for a career as ServiceNow Support Engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the ServiceNow Academy and complete all assigned training modules.
• Learn ServiceNow administration, configuration, scripting and best practices.
• Attend instructor‑led sessions and perform hands‑on labs.
• Provide technical support for ServiceNow applications under senior guidance.
• Troubleshoot incidents, resolve defects and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Support testing activities and system validations.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts and project teams.
• Document solutions, knowledge articles and technical procedures.
• Continuously expand technical knowledge.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong technical fundamentals and a willingness to learn.
• Passion for solving technical challenges.

Required skills

• Knowledge of at least one programming language (JavaScript preferred, Java, C#, Python).
• Understanding of object‑oriented programming concepts.
• Basic familiarity with ServiceNow administration, configuration and scripting.
