Junior Software Engineer – Full Stack Developer (Associate)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our development team as an Associate Full Stack Developer. The role offers the chance to work on end‑to‑end software solutions, collaborate with senior engineers, and grow your expertise in modern web technologies and cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy full‑stack applications using Python, React and TypeScript.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing and continuous integration pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Maintain and enhance application security and data assurance practices.
• Utilise AI‑assisted tooling to improve development efficiency.
• Support monitoring, logging and observability using platforms such as Datadog, Grafana or AWS CloudWatch.
• Document technical designs, flowcharts, and user manuals.
• Work with QA testers to ensure software quality and resolve defects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–3 years of professional experience developing software with Python or a comparable high‑level language.
• Familiarity with structured logging, monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience writing unit tests and contributing to test coverage.
• Basic understanding of event‑driven architecture and cloud‑native development.
