Junior Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

LTM is seeking a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support its growing recruitment team. This temporary 3‑month assignment offers the chance to work on technology and corporate hiring projects for international clients while developing a career in talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and records in recruitment systems.
• Support end‑to‑end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Assist with job posting creation and employer branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of recruitment experience (internships, trainee programs or professional).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn.
• Intermediate to advanced English preferred.
