Junior UX/UI Designer (3D Interaction)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer to create 3D interaction visual designs that support our digital marketing initiatives. The role is based in Mexico City and involves working closely with a marketing operations team to translate concepts into interactive prototypes and visual assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document 3D end‑user interactions using diagrams, wireframes, and storyboards.
• Create digital marketing ad promotions and visual assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to solve routine design problems following established guidelines.
• Support marketing performance by delivering design solutions that improve time‑to‑market and operational efficiency.
• Participate in shift rotations as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent Spanish (C2) and basic English (A1).
• Strong interest in continuous learning and staying up‑to‑date with design trends.

Required skills

• Figma (components, Auto Layout, prototyping).
• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop and Illustrator.
• UI design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, visual hierarchy.
• Basic UX and usability principles, responsive design, and design systems.
• Wireframing and prototyping.
• Basic HTML & CSS.
• Experience with CMS platforms (AEM, WordPress or similar).
• Familiarity with UX research tools (Maze, Useberry) and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Adobe Premiere Pro for motion design.
