About the role
As a Key Account Manager within Gameloft Business Solutions, you will drive growth in the LATAM market by managing relationships with mobile network carriers and key partners, identifying innovation trends and new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with mobile network carriers and key partners, providing strategic recommendations aligned with their brand.
- Analyze and optimize Gameloft’s revenue performance, driving growth in the LATAM region.
- Coordinate with internal support teams to troubleshoot issues and act as the main interface between partners and relevant divisions.
- Meet with carriers and local partners to present results, define plans for upcoming projects, and develop new business opportunities.
- Identify market innovation trends and create long‑term innovation strategies for the company.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the mobile VAS industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Critical thinking, initiative, problem‑solving orientation and ability to work under pressure on multiple complex projects.

- Experience managing key accounts in the mobile telecommunications sector.
