Key Account Manager Project Intern – TikTok Shop Operation Center

About the role

Join TikTok Shop’s US operation team as a Project Intern and support the growth of e‑commerce initiatives for leading brands. You will gain hands‑on experience in business development, seller onboarding, and campaign execution while contributing to high‑impact projects that shape the future of online commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in business development activities such as lead mining, validation, and seller outreach.
• Analyze the seller onboarding funnel and propose optimization recommendations.
• Support sellers with training, campaign setup, and webinar preparation.
• Coordinate operational planning, content strategies, and growth initiatives for sellers.
• Participate in meetings with local partners and facilitate cross‑team communication.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Available to commit to at least a 24‑week (3‑month) internship.
• Proactive self‑learner comfortable with ambiguous, exploratory business scenarios.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Interest or experience in commerce platforms, digital marketing, or short‑video/live‑streaming environments.
