LATAM Marketing Lead

About the role

HappyRobot is seeking a LATAM Marketing Lead to own and execute the regional marketing strategy for Mexico, Brazil, and West LATAM. You will translate the global growth vision into localized campaigns, events, and partner programs that generate pipeline for our AI workforce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the end‑to‑end LATAM marketing plan, aligning with the global Growth team on brand, messaging, and calendar.
• Plan, budget, and run events such as executive dinners, roundtables, conferences, trade shows, and partner gatherings, tracking pipeline attribution.
• Create and manage co‑marketing initiatives with strategic partners, delivering joint events, co‑branded content, and partner kits.
• Execute demand‑generation tactics across social media, content, email, paid media, and partner channels, handling all production yourself.
• Measure performance (pipeline per event, CAC, ROI) and continuously optimize spend across channels.
• Collaborate closely with local sales teams and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and feedback loops.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of B2B marketing, growth, or demand‑generation experience, preferably in a high‑growth tech startup.
• Hands‑on, plug‑and‑play attitude: able to start executing without a playbook or a team.
• Proven track record organizing events from logistics to pipeline follow‑up.
• Strong bilingual storytelling ability in Spanish and English, capable of producing customer‑facing content independently.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign metrics and reallocating budget.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work with global and local teams.
