LATAM Procurement Director (Hybrid)

About the role

The Regional Procurement Director for LATAM will lead a broad team responsible for strategic sourcing of raw materials, packaging and indirect spend across the region. Reporting to senior leadership, the role partners with business units to align procurement strategies with growth objectives. The position is based in Interlomas, Mexico, with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies that deliver lowest total cost while mitigating risk.
• Manage and develop the regional procurement team, including recruitment, motivation and performance.
• Drive process enhancements through collaboration with supply‑chain and commercial functions to improve efficiency and reduce duplication.
• Engage senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of procurement initiatives with business goals.
• Provide regional leadership to secure cross‑functional resources for procurement‑led projects and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in large‑scale strategic procurement within food or manufacturing industries.
• Proven people‑management experience and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
