LATAM Procurement Director

About the role

McCormick is seeking a LATAM Procurement Director to lead strategic sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and indirect spend across the Latin America region. Based in Interlomas, the role operates in a hybrid model (60% onsite, 40% remote) and partners closely with senior business leaders to deliver value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sourcing strategies aligned with business unit goals.
• Manage a regional procurement team, ensuring cost efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Drive process improvements through collaboration with supply chain and commercial functions.
• Engage senior stakeholders to align procurement initiatives with key customer requirements.
• Secure cross‑functional resources for procurement‑led projects and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in large‑scale strategic procurement within food or manufacturing industries.
• Proven people‑management experience and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Strong business acumen and capability to influence senior leadership.
