Lead Business Consultant

About the role

HCL Tech is seeking a Lead Business Consultant to drive functional workshops and end‑to‑end delivery of a Simple Commercial Loan solution for corporate lending. You will work closely with banking clients, guiding them from test environment through production deployment and post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate functional workshops covering multiple business scenarios for corporate loan products.
• Support analysis, design, configuration, testing, production deployment and post‑go‑live phases.
• Lead a team of consultants, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with technical teams to integrate solutions with core banking platforms.
• Provide ongoing production support and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading business consulting projects in retail, corporate banking or trade finance.
• Strong analytical and business process modeling abilities.
• Excellent client management and team leadership skills.
• Ability to gather requirements, design test cases and drive implementation.
