About the role

Lead Facilities & Workplace Services at Paylocity in Guadalajara, responsible for delivering a white‑glove workplace experience. The role oversees facilities operations, office administration, food services, employee amenities, vendor and transportation management, workplace projects and employee support programs.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors and business partners, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
• Lead day‑to‑day facilities operations, including office administration, food services, and employee amenities.
• Manage vendor relationships and transportation services to maintain operational efficiency.
• Oversee workplace projects and employee support programs, ensuring they align with organizational standards.
• Provide proactive, high‑touch (“white‑glove”) service by anticipating needs and resolving issues before they impact operations.
• Maintain a safe, functional environment that enables employees to perform at their best.

Required profile

• Ability to work on‑site five days per week at the Guadalajara office.
• Experience in facilities operations, office administration, vendor management or related areas.
• Strong customer‑first mindset with a focus on professionalism and urgency.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with employees, visitors and stakeholders.
