Lead HR Services Administrator

About the role

As a Lead HR Services Administrator at Honeywell, you will oversee the delivery of high‑quality HR services, acting as the primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries. Reporting to the HR Services Manager, you will work from the Corporate Strategic Business Group location on a hybrid schedule, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and administer HR service processes to guarantee timely, accurate delivery.
• Serve as the main contact for HR service inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure all HR activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and local labor laws.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to support initiatives and continuous service improvement.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to aid decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR service delivery or HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve service issues effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is valued.
• Experience in a corporate HR environment with strong organizational skills.
