Lead, Product Management – Technical

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Lead for Product Management – Technical to drive the vision, design, and delivery of cross‑border payment platform features. You will work in a fast‑paced, global environment collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the “working backwards” vision and documentation for feature releases.
• Identify platform capability gaps, define initiatives, and prioritize features based on data‑driven trade‑offs.
• Conduct research, user studies, metrics analysis, and competitive reviews to shape requirements.
• Partner with business teams, run test‑and‑learn experiments, and manage the product roadmap.
• Monitor feature progress, review demos, prepare launches, and track post‑release performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of product management experience delivering complex technical products in an agile environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SWIFT.
• Experience with cloud platforms and APIs.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices.
