Lead / Senior Software Engineer – Azure & Cloud

About the role

We are seeking a Lead / Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and modern cloud technologies. The role blends technical leadership, architecture design, and hands‑on development to drive application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Agile/Scrum development teams.
• Design and build scalable, secure, high‑performance solutions on Azure.
• Define and validate enterprise and cloud architectures.
• Develop and maintain web applications, APIs, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements, technical design, and planning.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) as needed.
• Contribute to technical decision‑making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Lead Engineer.
• Strong ownership, accountability and results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to adapt in dynamic, fast‑changing environments.

Required skills

• Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
• Backend development with JavaScript, Go, or Python.
• Front‑end development with React.js, HTML, CSS.
• Building and consuming REST APIs.
• Relational databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• NoSQL databases: Cosmos DB, MongoDB.
• CI/CD pipelines, testing and deployment processes.
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
