Lead Visual Communicator

About the role

Wizeline is seeking a Lead Visual Communicator to shape high‑impact creative assets across digital and print channels. You will translate business goals into compelling visual concepts while ensuring brand consistency and accessibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver assets for display ads, emails, social media, presentations, print collateral, and campaign landing pages.
• Convert stakeholder requirements into creative briefs and strategic design solutions.
• Maintain brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and audience relevance across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with writers, marketers, subject‑matter experts, and cross‑functional teams to execute campaigns.
• Provide mentorship, design reviews, and quality assurance for junior designers.
• Advocate user‑centered design and visual storytelling to boost engagement.
• Manage multiple projects, balance priorities, and adapt to fast‑paced changes.
• Ensure design quality and strategic alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in visual, graphic, or digital design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful digital and print work that supports marketing and branding objectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to lead creative initiatives and influence outcomes without formal authority.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar content management systems.
• Familiarity with collaborative design tools such as Figma.
