Learning and Development Manager

About the role

Pathfinder Hospitality is seeking a strategic Learning and Development Manager to design, build, and scale a learning system that fuels competitive advantage and reinforces its "Platinum Service" culture. This full‑time remote position will lead a small specialist team and translate high‑level vision into actionable learning initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead and coordinate two specialists – one focused on coaching/facilitation and another on systems/automation.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and instructional materials.
• Translate strategic direction into clear priorities, ensuring alignment and accountability across the L&D function.
• Drive the creation and delivery of training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.
• Measure learning impact and iterate programs for maximum effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in training, SOP development, instructional design, facilitation, and coaching.
• Ability to grow within Human Resources and take ownership of a strategic function.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
