About the role
We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager to lead the design, delivery and evaluation of training programs for Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita. The role will support the property’s strategic goals by building a world‑class learning function that enhances employee performance and guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive Learning Needs Analyses and develop annual training plans aligned with property objectives and budget.
- Design and produce blended learning solutions, including classroom, e‑learning and on‑the‑job programs, to close performance gaps.
- Maintain training calendars, market learning initiatives internally and ensure consistent communication across departments.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using Kirkpatrick’s four‑level model and report financial impact.
- Benchmark the learning function against industry standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum three years in a managerial role within adult education, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Proven experience in hotel operations or comparable service environments.
