Learning Manager – Training Team Lead

About the role

As a Learning Manager at Amazon, you will lead a team of trainers responsible for delivering high‑quality learning experiences to associates and managers across the fulfillment network. You will partner with process engineers and operations teams to ensure training programs align with business needs and Amazon’s customer‑centric mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training plans that minimize operational disruption while maintaining high delivery standards.
• Audit training and coaching quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Plan and execute recruitment, onboarding, and development of top‑tier instructors.
• Foster effective collaboration between the learning team and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Manage a team of trainers, supporting their professional growth.
• Analyze metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive performance.
• Provide training to the learning team on updated materials and processes.
• Develop capacity planning and forecasting for new hires.
• Support leadership with reporting on associate distribution and cross‑training initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience collaborating with global and local stakeholders.
• Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
• At least 1 year of experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
