About the role
The Personal Injury Case Manager supports a high‑volume caseload from intake to settlement. Working on‑site in Chihuahua, you will prepare legal documents, manage client communications, and act as the primary liaison between insurance companies, attorneys, and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit legal documents to insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
- Provide prompt client service via phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Scan, upload, and organize case files while maintaining confidentiality.
- Compile medical bills, records, and supporting documents into demand packages for attorneys.
- Assist with settlement check disbursement and support attorneys and office staff.
- Cover receptionist or clerical duties as needed and manage daily administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a legal or administrative field.
- Minimum six months of experience in any legal environment.
- English proficiency at C1 level (strong written and spoken).
Required skills
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
