Legal Attorney Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Legal Attorney Associate to join our growing practice in Mexico City, Monterrey or Queretaro. You will support client matters, conduct legal research, draft documents, and assist with case and regulatory management while developing your professional skills in a high‑performing firm.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research on case law, statutes, and administrative rulings.
• Draft pleadings, contracts, briefs, motions, and advisory memoranda under senior supervision.
• Track and manage court filings, administrative proceedings, and deadlines.
• Attend client meetings, prepare summaries, and provide progress updates.
• Support due‑diligence activities for corporate transactions, audits, and discovery.

Required profile

• Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing and drafting complex legal documents.
• Strong organization and time‑management skills to meet firm and court deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and collaborate across teams.
• Full professional proficiency in English (oral and written).
