Legal Counsel Manager

About the role

Pandora is seeking a dynamic Manager, Legal Counsel to join its Latin America team in Mexico City. The role provides comprehensive legal support across labor, employment, consumer protection, and commercial matters, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day advice on Mexican labor law, including terminations, disciplinary actions, union matters and collective bargaining.
• Support labor investigations, employee claims and manage interactions with labor authorities such as STPS, IMSS and INFONAVIT.
• Handle consumer protection issues, respond to claims and investigations by PROFECO and similar agencies, and advise on e‑commerce, marketing and data‑privacy compliance.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, supplier agreements, service contracts and confidentiality agreements.
• Identify legal and compliance risks, support implementation of Pandora’s compliance framework, and manage disputes and alleged violations.
• Act as the legal point of contact for selected LATAM markets (Panama, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina) in coordination with the Global Legal team and external counsel.

Required profile

• Legal expertise in Mexican labor and employment law.
• Experience handling consumer protection matters and related investigations.
• Ability to draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams and local leadership.
