Legal Director – Interlomas

About the role

As Legal Director at P&G in Mexico City, you will shape and execute the legal strategy for the company’s operations across Mexico. You will provide expert counsel on labor, compliance, regulatory, health, safety, environmental and urban development matters while leading a dedicated legal team in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement legal strategy covering labor, compliance, regulatory, health, safety, environment and urban development.
• Advise business leaders on legal and regulatory risks to enable informed decisions.
• Lead, coach and manage the legal team, set priorities, oversee workload and support professional development.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, Compliance, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Regulatory and HS&E to embed legal considerations into business planning.
• Operate with high ownership while aligning with senior legal leadership and escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• Law degree.
• 8–12 years of legal experience, preferably with in‑house counsel background.
• Proven experience managing legal teams and projects.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to start as soon as possible.
