Legal Shared Services Analyst – Paralegal

About the role

Salesforce’s Legal Shared Services (LSS) is expanding its Mexico City hub and seeks a detail‑oriented Legal Shared Services Analyst. You will support attorneys and business stakeholders by handling contract administration, data‑privacy requests, and operational troubleshooting within Salesforce’s CRM environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily operational tasks across the legal services portfolio, maintaining consistent quality.
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal queries on contracts, escalating to attorneys when legal judgment is required.
• Track and manage contract workflows from intake to execution, using established playbooks.
• Assist with review, processing, and drafting of standard commercial agreements (SOWs, NDAs, sponsorship agreements, order forms).
• Process privacy requests and Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) end‑to‑end following defined procedures.
• Locate, retrieve, and troubleshoot legal contract records in Salesforce CRM.
• Manually file and archive agreements executed outside the standard e‑signature process, ensuring SOX compliance.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong ability to follow structured processes precisely.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous tasks and shifting priorities while preserving quality.
• Not expected to provide legal advice but eager to develop expertise in supported legal services.
