Logistic Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Logistic Coordinator to support our logistics operations, analyse historical data, manage inventories and drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse historical logistics data and support operational processes.
• Monitor and follow‑up inventory levels and consumable budgets (e.g., plastic wrap).
• Create and track purchase orders.
• Lead lean manufacturing assessments and implement LCI tools.
• Prepare documentation for departmental meetings, huddles and performance reviews on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Required profile

• Industrial engineering background or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and structured, self‑directed work style.
• High dedication, commitment and a thirst for knowledge.
• Experience leading teams and managing personnel.
• Decision‑making capability and ability to share knowledge.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Practical use of Lean and Six Sigma quality tools.
