Logistics Associate

About the role

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Logistics Associate in Monterrey to support the efficient movement of freight across our global supply chain. You will coordinate transportation activities, monitor shipments, and resolve logistical challenges while collaborating with carriers, customers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Book transportation loads and make timely arrangements using the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Provide professional written and verbal responses to customer requests.
• Monitor team mailboxes and resolve simple exceptions to predefined processes.
• Schedule delivery appointments and adjust shipments as requested by customers.
• Manually build and create new transportation loads in the TMS.
• Conduct system trainings for external parties.
• Follow and update standard operating procedures when gaps are identified.
• Run, format, and distribute reports to internal or external stakeholders.
• Contribute to projects using the CHR project‑based delivery model.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Fluent in English and the primary language of the region.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional overtime.
• Detail‑oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS).
