Logistics Coordinator – Mexico

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator supports GlobalTranz’s client network by ensuring freight is delivered and picked up on time. Working across multiple internal teams, the coordinator provides timely service information from pickup to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multi‑level operational support for client shipments, handling inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails.
• Clarify load requirements with carriers and confirm drivers have accurate pickup and delivery details.
• Maintain constant communication with all GlobalTranz stakeholders regarding load status.
• Utilize and update GlobalTranz’s load management system for tracking and tracing.
• Prioritize load board activities to maximize departmental productivity.
• Assist the OS&D department by gathering detailed information to resolve shipment issues quickly.
• Follow standard operating procedures for client problem handling and escalate when necessary.
• Provide backup support to other department team members to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required; administrative or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team while meeting deadlines.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with telephony technologies.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Typing skills.
