Logistics Forklift Operator / Analyst

About the role

Valeo is seeking a Logistics Forklift Operator / Analyst to join its material handling team. You will be responsible for preparing shipments, managing stock movements, and ensuring safety and quality standards in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare customer shipments for next‑day delivery while respecting FIFO stock principles.
• Load and unload trucks safely, conduct quantitative and qualitative product checks, and complete required shipping documentation.
• Record stock movements using the dedicated stock‑management application and handle incoming raw materials and consumables.
• Perform first‑level maintenance and safety start‑ups on AGVs and other handling equipment.
• Support end‑of‑chain audits, administrative reception of delivery notes, and subcontractor management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and raise alerts for any deviations from standards.

Required profile

• Ability to work on‑site in a warehouse setting and follow strict safety procedures.
• Versatility to handle tasks across Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 responsibilities as defined by the site.
• Commitment to environmental, energy, health and safety standards.
• Willingness to support training and certification processes for colleagues.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (Montacarguista) certification.
• AGV handling and first‑level equipment maintenance.
• Proficiency with stock‑management software for recording movements.
• Quality control and QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) procedures.
