Logistics Specialist – Entry Level (Reforma, Mexico)

About the role

Halliburton is seeking an entry‑level Logistics Specialist to support the movement of goods for its energy operations. Working from our Reforma, Chiapas office, you will ensure cargo is packed, documented and shipped efficiently while complying with local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Properly pack, mark, label and record weight and dimensions of cargo.
• Coordinate pre‑shipping instructions and maintain all related logs, files and supporting documents.
• Manage domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with legal and hazardous‑material requirements.
• Execute documentation for ocean, air or land transport modes as needed.
• Interface with customers to provide shipment status updates.
• Assist Finance & Accounting with validation of rates and invoice charges.
• Utilize SAP and other logistics systems to track movements and record data for performance analysis.

Required profile

• Completed 2‑year degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems or Engineering (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Entry‑level candidate – no prior professional experience required.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP logistics modules.
