Logistics Specialist

About the role

Movado Group is seeking a Logistics Specialist to act as the primary operational resource for transportation and logistics governance across Mexico and LATAM. The role provides end‑to‑end visibility of inbound and outbound logistics, monitors partner performance, manages exceptions, validates billing and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to protect service levels, cost control and business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inbound logistics execution across all international lanes, including finished goods, packaging and POSM flows.
• Track inbound shipment status, manage cut‑offs, create bookings, monitor tracking and plan arrivals.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers and internal teams to ensure timely product availability.
• Monitor customs release activities, duty payments and escalation of delays.
• Support KPI and SLA monitoring for inbound partners (lead time, reliability, cost performance).
• Manage outbound and last‑mile partner performance for distribution to points of sale and customers, including POD recovery, failed deliveries and returns.
• Conduct outbound partner governance through KPI reviews, SLA monitoring, rate‑card analysis and continuous improvement.
• Provide control‑tower visibility across inbound, outbound and carrier flows, monitoring dashboards and logistics KPIs to identify emerging risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics coordination and governance within a multi‑partner environment.
• Strong understanding of inbound and outbound freight processes, customs documentation and KPI management.
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners to ensure service continuity.
