Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert to work remotely on a project that trains next‑generation AI systems. You will apply your deep knowledge of global logistics to review, improve, and annotate real‑world supply‑chain documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze logistics documents such as packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop annotated sample documentation that showcases industry best practices.
• Evaluate current supply‑chain workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Provide detailed feedback on logistics scenarios, focusing on document structure and optimization.
• Collaborate with project teams to clarify requirements and explain complex logistics concepts.
• Participate in quality‑assurance activities by validating the relevance and correctness of data sets.
• Help create training materials that reflect real‑world logistics challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with logistics and supply‑chain documentation.
• Strong understanding of global logistics workflows and compliance standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Meticulous attention to detail and proven analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
