Luxury Client Advisor – Monterrey

About the role

We are looking for a Client Advisor to join the Saint Laurent boutique in Monterrey. As the face of the Maison, you will deliver a personalized luxury experience, guide clients through the buying journey and help achieve store sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, tailored service to every client, showcasing the collection according to brand standards.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of local and international clients through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Utilize CRM tools to capture client insights, update profiles and create personalized engagement strategies.
• Support clients throughout the entire purchase cycle, including after‑sales service and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with store team to meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to visual merchandising standards.

Required profile

• Strong passion for luxury fashion and deep knowledge of Saint Laurent heritage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
