Luxury Public Relations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Luxury Brand PR Manager to shape and execute the public relations strategy for our premium automotive business. The role will drive earned media, manage high‑profile relationships, and create exclusive experiences that reinforce our aspirational brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a PR strategy aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning, emphasizing exclusivity and storytelling.
• Build and maintain relationships with top‑tier media, journalists, KOLs, celebrities, and high‑profile influencers.
• Generate high‑quality earned media opportunities and maximize positive brand exposure.
• Plan and execute exclusive brand experiences such as vehicle launches, VIP events, and private viewings.
• Monitor and manage the company’s reputation across media channels, supporting crisis communication when needed.
• Track PR metrics including share of voice, media sentiment, and coverage quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, Digital and other teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Oversee external PR agencies and evaluate their performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Marketing or related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of PR experience in luxury automotive brands; experience in luxury‑focused PR agencies or premium consumer brands is mandatory.
• Proven track record managing relationships with top‑tier media and high‑profile influencers.
• Strong background in organizing exclusive events and VIP experiences.
• Experience in reputation and crisis management.
