Macro Strategy Analyst – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance teams. You will review AI-generated answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets, and provide structured feedback to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses to questions about macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Design and present complex, real‑world financial scenarios to test model reasoning.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, logical consistency, and overall performance.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to guide model updates.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency) and detail‑oriented.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) or substantial professional finance experience.
• Current or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
